Conception and UX design of a new innovative telemedicine service in Switzerland

Soignez-moi.ch

To address the shortage of general physicians in Switzerland, Soignez-moi.ch has decided to develop Switzerland’s first digital telemedicine platform.

In addition to providing accessible, high-quality medical care, the platform also helps to relieve overcrowding in hospital emergency departments.

Telono worked with the company’s founder to create a user-centric digital tool offering an optimal experience for all its customers: patients, doctors and pharmacists.

Approach

  • Identifying and understanding the issues of an audience possibly diminished by illness;

  • Competitive research and analysis of best design practices in digital medicine and #HealthTech;

  • Storyboarding of processes and patient-physician-pharmacist dialogues across the telemedecine platform;

  • Design and end-user testing of graphic mock-ups and prototypes, both produced on Figma, and interaction design.

Results

Excellent feedback from users during testing.

Extensive post-launch media coverage.

Several Swiss hospitals are now collaborating with the Soignez-moi.ch platform.
