Approach

  • Complete UX audit of occupational benefits platform by department (and related team): HR management, asset management, data analysis, etc.

  • Creation of a library of graphic components in close collaboration with the development team;

  • Training, support and conduct of UX/UI workshops to ensure the sustainability of the proposed solutions.

Results

A global design system usable and used by development teams and Product Owners in the various departments.

Greater efficiency in the development of projects linked to the platform.

Consistent interfaces for end customers.
